Alpaca Finance is a lending protocol built on BNB Chain and Fantom that enables leveraged yield farming. The ALPACA token is the protocol's governance token that also captures protocol revenues through staking.

The token distribution includes allocations for the team (15%), treasury (15%), and community/farming rewards (70%). Team tokens had a 3-year vesting schedule starting from launch in 2021, demonstrating long-term alignment.
