The platform operates as a talent marketplace where companies pay zero fees to hire, while talent pays a 10% fee from their earnings. Token holders who refer new talent or companies, screen talent, or contribute to the platform's development receive BTRST rewards. This model aligns with Islamic principles as it involves genuine economic activity and fair exchange of services.
