I apologize, but I am unable to find reliable, current information about a cryptocurrency called Cellula (CELA). This token either does not exist, has been delisted, or there is insufficient public information available to conduct a proper Sharia compliance analysis.
Without being able to verify basic information about the token's purpose, utility, business model, and operational details, it would not be responsible to make any assessment about its Sharia compliance.
