Overview
Cindicator was a hybrid intelligence platform that combined human intelligence with artificial intelligence for making predictions in financial markets. The CND token was used as a utility token within their ecosystem to access various levels of analytical products.
Current Status
As of 2023, the Cindicator project appears to be defunct. The company's social media accounts have been inactive since 2022, their website is no longer operational, and the token has been delisted from major exchanges. The project's founders announced in 2022 that they were pivoting away from their original business model, and the CND token effectively ceased to have its intended utility.
Original Utility Analysis
The CND token was initially designed to serve as an access token for Cindicator's ecosystem of prediction markets and analytical tools. Token holders could access different tiers of analytical products based on the amount of CND they held.
Business Model Review
The original business model involved creating a marketplace for financial predictions and analysis, which in principle did not conflict with Islamic principles as it involved the exchange of actual services and information. However, the project's eventual abandonment raises concerns about the long-term commitment to the stated utility.
Development and Adoption
There is no current development activity on the project. The platform is no longer operational, and the token has lost its practical utility.
