Don-key Finance is a social trading platform launched in 2021 that aims to connect cryptocurrency traders with investors. The platform allows successful traders (called 'farmers') to share their trading strategies, while investors can copy these strategies automatically.

Utility Assessment

The DON token serves as the platform's native token with several utilities: governance rights for protocol decisions, access to premium features, and rewards distribution for successful traders and their followers. Farmers must stake DON tokens to offer their strategies on the platform.

Business Model Evaluation

The platform generates revenue through fees charged on successful trades and subscription services. The core business model revolves around facilitating copy trading and strategy sharing, which involves actual asset ownership and transfer of value between parties.

Development & Adoption

The project maintains active development on GitHub and has established partnerships with various DeFi protocols. The platform currently supports trading on multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain.

Token Distribution

Initial token distribution included allocations for the team (15%), advisors (5%), and private sale (30%), with vesting periods implemented. The remaining tokens were distributed through public sale and ecosystem development.
