Moca Network is a blockchain-based platform that aims to provide NFT and metaverse infrastructure. The MOCA token serves as the utility and governance token for the ecosystem.
Purpose and Utility
The intended purpose of MOCA is to facilitate transactions within the Moca Network ecosystem, including NFT purchases, metaverse asset transactions, and governance participation. The token is also used for staking and platform fee payments.
Business Model Assessment
The core business model focuses on NFT infrastructure and metaverse development, which are permissible activities from an Islamic perspective as they involve the exchange of digital assets with actual utility. No evidence was found of involvement in impermissible activities such as interest-bearing products or gambling.
Development and Adoption
The project appears to have limited current adoption and development activity. While this doesn't affect its halal status, it's worth noting that the ecosystem is still in early stages of development.
Token Distribution
Token distribution information is limited, but there's no evidence of concerning concentration in founder wallets or manipulation schemes.
