After extensive research, I am unable to find reliable information about a cryptocurrency called Open Proprietary Protocol (OPP). This may indicate either: a very early stage project that has not yet launched, a defunct project that is no longer active, or a misidentified token name.
Without being able to verify the token's existence on major blockchain explorers, cryptocurrency exchanges, or reputable crypto data aggregators, I cannot provide a meaningful analysis of its intended utility, actual usage patterns, or token distribution model.
