Satori Network
Crypto Overview
Project Overview
The Satori Network is a layer-1 blockchain platform focused on providing a decentralized infrastructure for AI model training and deployment. The SATORI token serves as the native currency for the network, used for governance, staking, and paying for computational resources.
Intended Purpose
The primary stated purpose of the Satori Network is to create a decentralized marketplace for AI computational resources, where token holders can participate in network validation through staking and governance decisions. The platform aims to connect AI developers with distributed computing power providers.
Current Implementation and Development
The project is in its early development stages. While the mainnet has launched, the ecosystem is still being built out. Developer activity appears consistent based on GitHub repositories, though adoption remains limited at this stage.
Token Distribution and Governance
The token distribution includes allocations for development (20%), team (15%), early investors (25%), and public sale (40%). Team tokens are subject to a 2-year vesting period with a 6-month cliff. The project implements a DAO structure for governance decisions.
Utility Analysis
The token demonstrates clear utility through its role in: 1. Network validation via staking 2. Governance participation 3. Payment for computational resources 4. Platform fee settlements
Revenue Model
The platform generates revenue through fees paid by users accessing computational resources, with no interest-bearing mechanisms or lending protocols involved.
