SWEETS
Crypto Overview
Purpose and Utility
SWEETS (SWTS) is a reward token designed to be used within the Sweet Solutions ecosystem, a blockchain-based food delivery and restaurant management platform. The token serves as a reward mechanism for users who order food through the platform and for restaurants that participate in the network.
Business Model Analysis
The business model appears to be straightforward and permissible from an Islamic perspective. The token facilitates real economic activity in the food service industry, which is generally halal when dealing with permissible food items. Users can earn SWTS tokens through legitimate transactions and redeem them for discounts or services.
Real-World Adoption
Current adoption appears to be in very early stages. While the platform has launched, the actual usage of the SWTS token remains limited. However, this limited adoption does not affect its Sharia compliance status.
Platform Development
The development team maintains regular updates to the platform, though activity is modest. The project's GitHub repository shows consistent but not frequent commits, indicating ongoing development efforts.
Token Distribution
The token distribution shows that 40% is allocated to the ecosystem rewards, 30% to the development team (with a 2-year vesting period), 20% to marketing, and 10% to the liquidity pool. The vesting schedule for team tokens suggests some protection against immediate selling pressure.
