Synternet
Crypto Overview
Overview
Synternet (NOIA) is a Web3 infrastructure project working to enhance internet routing and connectivity through blockchain technology. The project aims to create a decentralized layer for improving internet performance using its Distributed Network Operating System (DNOS).
Intended Utility
The NOIA token serves multiple purposes within the Synternet ecosystem: It's used for governance of the protocol, staking to secure the network, and as payment for network services. Network participants who run nodes can earn NOIA tokens for providing computing resources and bandwidth.
Actual Utility Assessment
The project demonstrates real technological development with practical applications. The team has established partnerships with significant technology companies and continues to develop its core infrastructure. On-chain data shows active usage of the network for its intended purposes, particularly in network optimization and content delivery.
Token Distribution Analysis
The token distribution appears fairly balanced: 30% allocated to the team and advisors with a 3-year vesting period, 35% for ecosystem development, and 35% distributed through public sales. The vesting schedule and lock-up periods demonstrate a long-term commitment to the project.
Development Activity
The project maintains active GitHub repositories with regular commits and updates. The development team consistently delivers on roadmap milestones, focusing on technical implementation rather than marketing hype.
