TIME
Crypto Overview
Purpose and Utility
TIME is the governance and utility token of the Wonderland ecosystem, launched in 2021. It was initially designed as a fork of OlympusDAO, aiming to provide a decentralized reserve currency backed by a basket of assets. The protocol intended to create a community-driven investment DAO where token holders could participate in governance and benefit from treasury management.
Business Model
The project operates as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) where the treasury actively manages various crypto assets. The core utility of TIME includes governance rights over treasury decisions and protocol parameters. The treasury invests in various crypto projects and generates yields through various DeFi strategies.
Real-World Adoption
TIME has maintained an active community and continues to be used for its intended governance purposes. The treasury actively manages significant assets and regularly conducts votes on investment decisions. The token maintains consistent trading volume across major decentralized exchanges.
Platform Development
The project maintains regular development activity with frequent updates to its smart contracts and user interface. The team communicates regularly through official channels about treasury management and strategic decisions.
Token Distribution
The token distribution was conducted through a fair launch mechanism, with no pre-mine for the team. The majority of tokens are held by the community, with significant portions locked in the protocol's staking mechanisms.
